		<description>&lt;p&gt;You should take a look (if you have access) to H1: Keep on the Shadowfell.  It uses minions to in many encounters to great effect.  A couple of kobolds become a huge menace when you add in just a few minions.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;Yep - four minions should stand in for a monster at that level.  By themselves minions aren't too special, but they provide excellent fodder for the enemy to use and for the players to destroy without creating too much extra paperwork for the GM.  However, I'm not really sold on the idea of using minions by themselves (like 12 zombie minions as a standard encounter), nor would I go more than a few levels above or below party level where minions are concerned.&lt;/p&gt;
